As we all know that Lesson Study has for hundreds of years developed in Japan and now has spread throughout the world. It is a multi-level approach to improving the quality of learning. Lesson Study developed since 2004 at least two areas, namely Mathematics Education and Special Education. But now it is starting to try to other subjects. Lesson Study is a basic element of cooperation the cooperation among teachers, lecturers and teachers with cooperation cooperation between institutions such as schools, universities, discussion  of Subject Teacher Education Office. With these basic elements of the Lesson Study has various benefits, for example, to improve the professionalism of teachers, to improve the quality of learning, to develop the potential and serve the learning needs of students, for develop a variety of props or teaching aids, etc.

Math teachers generally find this difficult to deal with differences in their students' math skills. To students who are clever, teachers tend to inhibit its activity in order to wait for students who are less intelligent, moderate to students who are less intelligen,the teachers try to encourage them as much as possible to catch the students who are more inteligent despite the fact that hard to do.
Therefore, teachers should use the choice of teaching methods that are tailored to student ability level and the material. Several types of teaching methods are as follows:
1. method of exposition by the teacher
2. method of discussion, between teachers and pupils and between pupils and students.
3. methods of problem solving (problem solving)
4. method of discovery (investigation)
5. basic skills training methods and principles.
6. method of application.

Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerapkan kurikulum baru untuk pendidikan dasar dan menengah, yaitu Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan atau yang sering disebut dengan KTSP. INTRODUCTION

Education is very important for every country and will never cease to develop it. The development of continuous education that is, among others caused by the advancements of science, technological progress, population growth, and lack of funding. Among the berekembang sciences, the science of mathematics is one of the most important, we often hear that mathematics is the queen of all sciences. Mathematics is a very big role in, but today's mathematics courses remains a scourge for most students. The cause of mathematics remains a problem for students is the lack of interest among students studying mathematics, students still think that mathematics is difficult and unpleasant, and teachers are also less variable in presenting mathematical material, students often do not even think that mathematics is a science that is very difficult to be studied.
